Custom arrangement are specifically made for the individual client; therefore, custom arrangements are non-refundable. We understand that changes may need to be made after a design is completed and we are happy to do so, but any additional product will be included in the final invoice or in a supplemental invoice.

Custom arrangements not picked up after 30 days (unless Nova Collection approves to store the arrangement) will be considered abandoned, will be placed on the floor for sale, and no deposit or monies will be refunded.

Once a relationship has been established, Nova Collection may grant designers the privelege of taking product out on approval for up to one week (unless approved otherwise by Nova Collection). New designers may be required to leave a check or credit card on file. If product is not returned within the week, Nova Collection has the right to consider those products sold and will deposit any monies held.
Furthermore, any product taken out on approval must be returned in the same condition as when it left the store. If any damage is incurred to the product, the designer will be held responsible for payment of that product.
